MISSION STATEMENT
Integrity Faith Based Wealth Management is a financial firm rooted in faith based values. We believe that resources are a gift to manage wisely. Our mission is to help people of all walks of life, income, education,
faith, etc. to become wise stewards of their resources through
financial planning. We believe that through education, assistance, and empowerment, individuals can reach their financial goals.
We want to help those individuals who are motivated to help themselves: women, recently or
soon to be retired, multi-generational families with the desire to
leave a legacy, families with elder and special needs issues, veterans, government employees, churches, non-profits and anyone interested in being good stewards and seeking financial independence.
Our goal is to be your Financial "counsel", your resource for financial clarity. We believe that once you have all the information, understand it, and can put it in perspective, then you can make educated financial decisions without being sold products.
"Tentative efforts lead to tentative outcomes. Therefore give
yourself fully to your endeavors. Decide to construct your character
through excellent actions and determine to pay the price of a worthy
goal. The trials you encounter will introduce you to your
strengths. Remain steadfast....and one day you will build something
that endures; something worthy of your potential."
- Epictetus Roman Teacher, Philosopher 55-135A.D.
Our mission is to help you find
the best opportunities to fulfill your dreams and endeavors. Because of our "Win-Win" system you can have faith that your resources are in good hands.
We believe
the more you give, the more you receive. Making a financial impact in the life of one person or family, allows that person or family to do more to help the community or culture as a whole. So we are working for something larger than ourselves and our business.
Don't believe it? Come in and sit down with me. The coffee is good and the hour you invest in your financial future is priceless (and free)!
HISTORYAfter working, training, and managing for one of the largest brokerage firms in the nation, I realized that clients would never achieve their financial goals as long as advisers were getting paid commissions up front for selling products and putting their compensation before the clients.
What was being lost was "planning". I'm not talking about some cheap program that spits out a few numbers which are then used to "sell" products to a client. I'm talking about working with a family long term to achieve specific goals even if that means they buy nothing from you. Financial planning is a long term process that extends past buying products.
Six years ago, I realized that this was a flawed structure. Once an adviser received compensation for a product, there was very little motivation to provide service unless another sell was possible. This is unacceptable to me and I felt strongly called to build a firm based on a Win-Win philosophy. My personal faith dictates that the business model is fair and focused on the best interests of the client. While I need to be compensated for my time, I believe it is necessary that I earn my paycheck. As a result of implementing a fee based practice, it takes an average of 5-7 years to earn what a commission based adviser makes in about 2 weeks! Long-term financial planning is more important to me than a "get-rich-quick" scheme.
So ask yourself why we do this? And is this the type of integrity you want to have in your firm? In your financial adviser? Would you have more confidence in an adviser who has a vested interest in your investment performance?
I keep the firms cost down so the cost to the client is minimal. As a result, I have created a firm that offers great service, integrity, and knowledge based asset management at a fair and reasonable price. I have been blessed with faithful clients and a successful firm. However, I am always willing to help. If you want help, we are the group that you can trust to give you that help. Give us a try, you may be suprised. All firms aren't the same, trust me.
